Revised Amount: Increased from ₹1,000 to ₹5,000 per month.
Duration: Payable for the first 03 (three) years of practice.
Funding: 50% of the equivalent increased amount is provided as grant-in-aid by the State Government.
Eligibility: Newly enrolled advocates below 40 years of age practicing in Jharkhand.

Revised Amount: Increased from ₹7,000 to ₹14,000 per month.
Eligibility: Registered advocates aged 65 years or above.
Condition: Must have surrendered their license and expressed a desire for pension.
Funding: State Government provides a grant equivalent to the base pension (₹7,000) to double the benefit.

Coverage: Extension of the State Health Insurance Scheme (Resolution 185, dated 31.07.2023) to advocates.
Premium: Full annual premium of ₹6,000 per advocate is borne by the State Government as a grant.
Benefit: Quality medical insurance for approximately 30,000 registered advocates in Jharkhand.
