Important Instructions
- Mandatory ID: Voters must bring their Identity Card issued by the Bihar State Bar Council, Patna or the Chapra Bar Association.
- Entry Restrictions: Candidates, their supporters, and agents are strictly prohibited from entering the polling booths. Only voters are allowed.
- Ballot Papers: Ballot papers for all posts will be in different colors for easy identification.
- Voting Method Update (02 March 2026): It is informed to the honorable members that in the election year 2026-2028, a pen tick mark (✓) will NOT be used on the ballot paper. Instead, a stamp (卐) will be used. If any kind of pen mark is found on the ballot paper, it will be considered cancelled/invalid.
- Self-Declaration: A self-declaration must be submitted with the nomination paper stating that no banners or posters will be used for campaigning in any court building, association building, or government building. Violation will result in cancellation of candidacy.
